A 250g Australian grass-fed Black Angus sirloin off the flame grill, house-made red wine jus, your choice of side and a glass of Cabernet  with Circular Quay and the Harbour Bridge out the window.

EVERYTHING ON THE PLATE, FOR $59.

The steak:
250g Black Angus sirloin. Grass-fed, from the Riverina, marble score 2+. Cooked over an open flame and basted as it grills, then rested and cooked to your liking.

The side:
Your choice of thick-cut chips fried in beef tallow or a fresh Greek-style salad.

The sauce:
Mushroom sauce, Pepper Sauce, Red Wine Jus or Béarnaise sauce

The wine:
A glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, picked because it goes with a sirloin.
